RETURNS POLICY


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so this is why we have a no questions asked return policy. You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time.

  • If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the normal return process and then place a new order online.

  • We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery.

  • Please be aware that commissions cannot be returned.

  • Acceptance of returns outside of the 14 days timeframe will be at the discretion of at-akDesign.com

RETURNS PROCESS
If you would like to return an item, email alice@at-akdesign.com within 14 days of your purchase. You will need to state your order number, name, address and a brief reason why you want to return the item.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and the return address. Please print this email and include it with the item when returned. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email alice@at-akdesign.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
